The Parochial Church Council (PCC) of William Temple Church is an Excepted Charity under the Charities Act 2011.

As an excepted charity with an annual income typically under £100,000, the PCC is not required to register with the Charity Commission but remains subject to charity law and is regulated by the Diocese of Manchester.
